MANGO PRESENTS THE TRUE ROMANCE TREND FOR SPRING

Barcelona, 14 April 2016 – Under the name True Romance, MANGO presents its fourth trend for SS16, which will feature in the forthcoming advertising campaign.This time, the trend will be presented by the most sought-after international models of the moment:Mathilde Brandi and Steffy Argelich.

Following Tribal Spirit, Soft Minimal and New Metallics, represented by Kendall Jenner, Liu Wen and Karlie Kloss respectively, the May offering maintains the romantic spirit of the summer, with white taking centre stage.Long blouses, sheer lace dresses, transparency and frills fill the collection with femininity and romance. A range of dresses and separates in pure white show you how to wear the colour head to toe for a sophisticated look. Materials such as cotton, chiffon and sheer fabrics add a touch of summer and romance to this season.

This new campaign, shot in early March in Los Angeles, will hit the high street in May.On this occasion, MANGO counted on the collaboration of Alastair McKimm for styling and Lucia Pieroni and Syd Hayes for make-up and hair respectively.

The company is continuing with its change of strategy, based on stocking its stores with the latest trend garments every fortnight and on launching a different advertising campaign every month, featuring the trend of the moment together with the face that best defines it.Implemented in early February, the aim of this new strategy is to offer on-trend products in all its stores and to adapt the advertising media and tools to the digital age, in order to respond to speed and immediacy of the fast fashion world.
